Vision

Yateem Oxygen�s Quality Manual flows naturally from the vision it has inherited from its founder, Mr Hussain Yateem, and his family. Their life and achievements set forth a vision of intense commitment to the improvement of Bahrain, the development of business with integrity, efficiency and dependable service to customers, good employment practices and care for employees, and a passion for a good healthy environment. This is a vision that Yateem Oxygen is privileged to take as its own.

Policy

This translates itself into a policy statement that commits Yateem Oxygen to empower its employees to achieve this vision by:-

being aware of who our customers are, what they need, and to be ready to serve them,

ensuring employees have the skills, ability, and desire to work efficiently and effectively,

EHS � Environment, Health and Safety

Yateem Oxygen is committed to be an environmentally responsible Company providing a safe and healthy workplace for our employees, customers, contractors, visitors and the communities in which we operate our businesses.

The primary responsibility for health and safety rests with the Company�s management who good leadership and guidance to their staff. Through good management all employees are fully briefed and trained in safety issues so that they can fully cooperate in all safety matters. Yateem Oxygen�s Safety Manual is designed to provide the policies and procedures that will achieve this.

There are legal requirements regarding health and safety and these set the minimum standards for the Company. Our vision is to achieve the highest possible standard of health and safety to preserve our employee well being and to protect our operating facilities � in that order of importance.
