TIG welders for (GTAW) gas tungsten arc welding offer AC and DC TIG welding on aluminum and other metals. Available form current range 1- 800Amps, Single or Three Phase, Inverters or conventional model are available. Applications including maintenance, fabrication, motorsports, automotive, piping, and shipbuilding. For any sales queries please contact our sales team.

MIG Welding Machine

GMAW is the most common used industrial welding process, preferred for its versatility & speed. A related process, flux cored arc welding, often does not use a shielding gas, but instead employs an electrode wire that is hollow and filled with flux. These machine are available in single or three phase, power range start from 180A to 600Amps. For any sales queries please contact our sales team.

Plasma Cutting Machine

PLASMA series provide a simple and efficient system for compressed air Plasma Cutting for any metal. PLASMA series fitted with a dual current range, are most suitable solution for car body repairs, small and medium fabrication work and industry. The more powerful PLASMA series, with digital panel for pre-selection and reading of the cutting current, is the best choice for toughest metal cutting jobs. For any sales queries please contact our sales team.

Spot Welding Machine

The spot-welding family starts from a large variety of pedestal rocker arm machines, available in mechanical or pneumatic versions and is completed by vertical stroke pneumatic operated equipment. For any sales queries please contact our sales team.

Stick Electrodes

Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), also known as manual metal arc welding (MMA or MMAW), or informally as stick welding, is a manual arc welding process that uses a consumable electrode coated in flux to lay the weld. An electric current, in the form of either alternating current or direct current from a welding power supply, is used to form an electric arc between the electrode and the metals to be joined. SMAW continues to be used extensively in the construction of steel structures and in industrial fabrication. The process is used primarily to weld iron and steels (including stainless steel) but aluminum, nickel and copper alloys. We are the sole distributors for Kiswel Welding and Hyundai Welding. For any sales queries please contact our sales team.

TIG Wires

Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), also known as tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, is an arc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld. The weld area is protected from atmospheric contamination by an inert shielding gas (argon or helium), and a filler metal is normally used GTAW is most commonly used to weld thin sections of stainless steel and non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, magnesium, and copper alloys. These wire are available in 1Meter cut lengths with diameters 1.6,2.4,3.2 & 4.0mm. We are the sole distributors for Kiswel Welding and Hyundai Welding. For any sales queries please contact our sales team.

MIG Wires

MIG Wires selection is based primarily on the composition of the metal being welded, the process variation being used, joint design and the material surface conditions. Depending on the process variation and base material being welded the diameters of the electrodes used in GMAW typically range from 0.7 to 2.4 mm (0.028 - 0.095 in) but can be as large as 4 mm (0.16 in). Available materials are MS, SS, Aluminum, Nickel Alloys, Brazing alloys, Hard facing Wires in the Solid Wires, Flux cored wires, etc. We are the sole distributors for Kiswel Welding and Hyundai Welding. For any sales queries please contact our sales team.

Flux Cored Wire

Flux cored arc welding uses heat generated by an electric arc to fuse base metal in the weld joint area. This arc is struck between the metallic workpiece and the continuously-fed tubular cored consumable filler wire, with both the wire and the metallic workpiece melting together to form a weld joint. The main application areas are Shipbuilding, General fabrication, Structural fabrication and Pressure vessels. We are the sole distributors for Kiswel Welding and Hyundai Welding. For any sales queries please contact our sales team.

Gas Welding Consumables

A variety of alloys are used as filler metals for brazing depending on the intended use or application method. In general, braze alloys are made up of 3 or more metals to form an alloy with the desired properties. The filler metal for a particular application is chosen based on its ability to: wet the base metals, withstand the service conditions required, and melt at a lower temperature than the base metals or at a very specific temperature. For manual brazing, wire and rod forms are generally used as they are the easiest to apply while heating. Some of the more common types of filler metals used are Aluminum-silicon, Copper-silver, Copper-zinc (brass), Gold-silver, Nickel alloy, Silver Amorphous brazing foil using nickel, iron, copper, silicon, boron, phosphorus, etc. For any sales queries please contact our sales team.

Air Carbon Arc Cutting (Gouging)

Air carbon arc cutting, previously known as air arc cutting is an arc cutting process where metal is cut and melted by the heat of a carbon arc. Molten metal is then removed by a blast of air. It employs a consumable carbon or graphite electrode to melt the material, which is then blown away by an air jet. This process is useful for cutting a variety of materials, but it is most often used for cutting, and gouging aluminum, copper, iron, magnesium, and carbon and stainless steels. Carbon electrodes are available in round in the following dia 1/4", 3/8", 5/16" & 3/16". For any sales queries please contact our sales team.

Gas Cutting Torches

Hand Held Oxy-fuel Cutting torches are available with 250mm, 400mm long & more. By chaning the cutting tips, the gas type can be changed. Various degree torch head are available 75, 95, 180 & more on request. For any sales queries please contact our sales team.

Regulators

A pressure regulator is a valve that automatically cuts off the flow of a liquid or gas at a certain pressure. Regulators are used to allow high-pressure fluid supply lines or tanks to be reduced to safe and/or usable pressures for various applications. Available in Single or double stage for all gases. For any sales queries please contact our sales team.

Flashback Arrestor

A flashback arrestor or flame arrestor is a device most commonly used in oxy-fuel welding and cutting to stop the flame from burning back up into the equipment and causing damage or explosions. Flash Back Arrestor to be connected to regulator end as well on torch end. FBA's are available in various connection threads like 3/8" BSP, 9/16" UNF, 1/4"BSP, 1/4" UNF.
